  • you add quarter round after installation. 3/4 round to be exact to allow your expansion joints to have the space required to move if it expands. that's why you leave baseboards on, it's so much easier that way therefor you don't have to screw around with taking baseboards off, messing up walls, etc. and of course as always, a better floor will give you better results. check out uniclic flooring products, trust me, you'll be going what the heck was i thinking when you spend just a little bit more

  • Why do you install with the baseboards already on... is that typical?

  • please explain why that leftover scrap piece is too short to start the second row. how long should the piece be? what about mininum width of plank? thanks for the vid.
