In what could easily be seen as a ruling of its kind, the High Court has nullified the election of Gatundu North Member of Parliament Clement Waibara over the 2007 poll irregularities but in the same breath has given the MP a window period to appeal the ruling. Through his lawyer Evans Ondiek, Waibara questioned the integrity of the judgment read by justice Fred Ochieng', arguing that former Gatundu North mp Patrick Muiruri knew of the petition outcome as early as last Sunday. The court has shelved the nullification decision for four days to allow him to file an appeal. Sally Mbilu reports.
At last Waibara speaks English saying the Court did not give justice.

Hahaha More than he expected. I've heard him speaking English. Maybe that's what he'd been rehearsing for the past few days. Call it ridiculous.
