I use my Automatic Drip Coffee maker with the automatic shut off, BUT, boil the water on the stove. Simply swing out the basket.
Add your coffee grounds. Ex. 5 Tbl. spoons coffee plus 30 oz Water
I pour 16 oz hot water over the grounds, making sure that it does not overflow. Let it steep for a few minutes then push the basket into place and let it drip, when drained, swing out the basket and add the remaining 14 oz. and either let it steep again or immediately swing it back in and let it drip.

That's pro. I'll be trying it out for sure.
I also like your vac pot video. Would you mind sharing the specifics? It looks like 12 oz of water...how much coffee and which Maestro setting are you using? My vac pot is really hit or miss at this point :-/
What type of scale do you recomend? Thanks! We visited your shop a couple days ago.

@bravebee338 The Escali Primo Digital Multifunction scale is highly recommended in the coffee community.

Hey, how do you keep your Baratza so darn clean? Especially the bottom burr?
proustie 1 year ago
@proustie Hey! Thanks for watching my video!
I use the brush that came with the grinder a lot to clean in the burrs.
I also use a little Black & Decker FHV1200 vacuum accompanied by some canned air..
So I basically blow all of the coffee grounds out and keep the hose right up to the burrs so I don't make a mess.
Hope that covers it for you! Let me know if you need any more specifics.
P.S. Q-tips are magical as well.
