it has a long story in dubai,when you deal with them there for a long time you will know it. but i can tell u that the man in the video didnt know the indian worker's name, so he called him baboo , its like you the white american (im assuming you are american) calling a black guy whose name you dont know : "hey nigger! " LOL!
