@ManOfTheXD After the suffering he went through (emotional guilt from killing his brother, desperation, loneliness and hopelessness) is enough to make you ugly. Eating fish and being unhygienic made his teeth rot out, Having an unnaturally long life meant his skin went bad, his hair fell out and he generally became ugly and unhealthy. Plus he went slowly mad. The funny thing is that his voice never changed, it was always weird like that.
