@bvblover18 don't worry , mine is the exact same way.
She never goes near the pool and whenever it's time for her to have a bath she cries and fights to try and get out.

My jack russell used to HATE going in the pool but then somehow she just started to go in randomly lol :P
She'd push the golf balls in the pool with her paw and then she would jump in and try to get it before it sinks to the bottom hehe :)

I recently adopted another jack and my first loves to swim, this second one was afraid of the water. He would bark and bark when she jumped in. So I put him on the leash got into the water and slowly coax him into the pool with the help of treats ; )
Now he loves it. He'll push his ball into the pool and then swim and get it all by himself.

He's the odd one out of the three of them. His Aunt will go in occasionally to cool off and his brother won't go near the pool. We think there's water dog in there somewhere.
