The NewMatic Heating & Drying turns wood chips at 50% mosture into sawdust under 12% suitable for a variety of applications such as fuel, animal bedding, pelletizing, and more. The furnace shown in this video puts out around 6 million BTU's at temperatures of 12-1800 degrees F and coupled with the dryer shown here will do around 5 ton an hour. Drying is only one of many for this furnace which can be used in many other applications other than drying ground wood, such as running boilers, heating applications etc.

The NewMatic biomass furnace was designed over thirty five years ago and is capable of burning many different biomass fuels both wet ( up to 60% moisture) and dry.
