That's my point. I've been trying to find songs, even instrumental pieces that have that Jam and Lewis sound like Human, Sensitivity, and Tender Love.

@zatchHBK85: The S.O.S Band, Alexander O'Neal, Cherrelle, to name a few. Don't get it twisted - I LOVE their signature sound, I simply said it was recognizable and you always knew when a song was a "Jam & Lewis" joint because of the chords, harmonies, and beats.

What are those few others? I found force MD's Tender Love and Ralph Tresvant's Sensitivity, but what are the others?

I love this - it sounds like Janet Jackson, Force MD's, Ralph Tresvant of New Edition and his "Sensitivity" song, and a few others. Jimmy Jam Harris and Terry Lewis had that "signature sound" back then that worked so well. Love it!!!
