The closest I could find for that cheap dodge ability is "mute": Mute "silences" all characters around you, stopping them from killing, stunning or using their abilities on you...
The ability lasts for 1 second, and has a cooldown duration of 90 seconds.
The thing is, even with "long lasting mute", he shouldnt have been able to dodge attacks for that long, assuming mute even works like that.
