Realistically to those who talk about Tiers its doesn't matter what characters are stronger, its all about familiarization and anticipation the more people use a character the more predictable their moves and techniques become, so playing footsies is all you need to win when a match seems impossible.

@bofo2919 I use Sakura alot when i had my dpad, its about 65% win n 45% lose but hey. A win is a win n lose is a lose. Now with my new arcade stick witch is a 1st timer. Took me 2 days getting use to the Arcade stick an now im 60% from my org sakura skills. Sadly with arcade stick i have to alter my moves abit when i use Sakura an most of other character i uses. If im correct Sakura is what Tiers Rank D?? I Agree who gives a ^%^&%*.

To set the record straight, tiers have to do with frame rate, options during combat, and character stamina. None of which decide player skill. It is how you combine these three aspects that really decides player skill. Kthxbai.

@EisakuKUN Ok i understand i agree with it that sense im just saying tiers do exist and not every character is equally as good aka like saying Makoto is as good as Ryu or Sagat overall. I dont choose by Tiers myself. I play a large array. Bison Adon Guy Hakan and anyone else i feel like using.
