Earlier in the year I ventured to Nampo-dong market to do some shopping. one of the few places you can buy deoderant in the city. My advice....stock up before you come to Korea!!

  • ^^ I like the natives speaking dialect in the backgrounding.

  • Busan dialect is definitely an interesting form of Korean :)

  • 1:10, are koreans told to do the peace sign to white people holding cameras? lol

  • I dunnno...but everyone in Korea and Japan does it! A mystery!

  • lol are you serious? Go to the store and buy deodorant. Get out of the shijang and go to an actual grocery store, convenience store, or department store. You couldn't find deodorant on an American street vendor, why would you expect any different?

  • you couldn't buy deodorant at supermarkets, department stores and convenience stores then.....everyone was just stinky I guess!! hehe

  • asians don't stink like the cauasians. we rarely use deordorant , just soap

  • I'm quite a hairy man, with a full beard. Is this gonna scare people (and my students) away when I get to Korea?

  • Sometimes It's the kimchee that is eaten and then sweat out that causes the strange odor. "You are what you eat" they say. I always got my deodorant on the base.

  • @Aggiesgigem Hmm usually from all videos i saw they're rather pissed off to be filmed haha

  • I love drinking Milk..is the taste the same over there?...and why don't they have dryers for your clothes?..I notice that everyone drys them outside

  • @BusanKevin saturie lol! i guess thats the best way to write it in english :)

  • korean people eat kimchi and daenjjang all the time and its super smelly. but as a people they really aren't that smelly. deodorant just isn't that necessary when you're not hairy.

  • Buy Colonge == they sell them at department stores im very sure they have them :)

  • Love this - it really gives you a good feel for the atmosphere of the place!

  • did i just see two people wearing SARS mask??
