The Seal of Nehahra

PLEASE, READ DESCRIPTION:

NOTICE: I do _NOT_ own this film or any of it's contents, however due to it being uploaded in "Pieces" on YouTube I felt this is unsatisfactory, therefore I went ahead and spent a majority of my time to bring forth this brilliant piece of Quake history to life in the form of a full length 4 hour MP4 recording, with the loading screen\console text edited out.

HOWEVER, this came at a high price; the processing time required would far surpass those with single core processors by far. Seeing how I have a quad core processor (It still took *very* long, my harddrive operates slowly for some reason...) it only took about 2 to 5 hours to process not including the time it took to actually RECORD the entire thing manually as it executed in real time.

Also to note: I've noticed audio drop outs and freezes, I've cut these out. There was nothing else I could do about them, Darkplaces acted really strange when playing back this classic Quake film. The audio also seemed to go out of sync with the picture and I have no idea how to manually fix that in Camtasia so I left it as-is. I think this was due to me running with CL_MAXFPS set to "29.97" which to my knowledge is the standard NTSC frames per second count. The video itself is also in standard definition NTSC resolution 720 x 480, as Quake 1 is *NOT* high definition in any way I saw no reason to make a high definition recording of this film, deal with it.

I am not taking requests to re-record the ENTIRE thing just to fix small details\inconsistencies in the video recording itself, this is as good as it get's for you. Unless you're willing to pay me or something to afford a hex core processor to expedite the process I refuse to make another attempt at remaking this 4 hour Quake movie into a proper theatrical cut again. This is the second time I've attempted making this file, and therefore it will be my last.

@popanimation1 Several days... Not only did I have to record it at watching speed, since that's how screen recorders work, I had to wait 2~ hours for the video file to save, then a ADDITIONAL 2~ hours just for it to render into a MP4.

Camtasia is not the most efficient thing to record and save...
