Drinking your own urine can actually save your life. Urine isnt full of bacteria, only if you are sick.

Dumbass, it will still kill you. Urine has salts and urea in it. When you ingest the salts it accumulates and the water will leave or be absorbed but the salts will concentrate. They can aggregate and form clumps...then guess what...nephrotoxicity. Which leads to...death.

Also, the urethra has bacteria lining it, so ingesting urine with this is how you call harmful.

Urine is waste, urea messes up your body chemistry, maybe that's why you EXcrete it.

the purpose of ur pee is for u to rid ur body of harmful toxins. if u put it back into ur body .. then u will have twice the amount of toxins... requiring more water to get rid of it. the way he does it will only quench your thirst not supply ur body with water it needs. you shouldnt go around calling people idiots if u dont know anything
