Indeed, before 9/11, Bush was on vacation on his ranch when one of the intelligence agents came to him with news about Al-Queda trying to attack America. He then dismissed the person (and the information).
When we most needed the president, he was on fricken vacation.
Also, look at the Republican reaction when Obama took a night off to take his wife to New York. Just *one* night, and they're all up Obama's ass like he's abandoning the country.

He's been able to spend 3 times the money Bush did because Bush was ON VACATION for a full third of his Presidency! 1020 DAYS OFF in 8 years! The other 2/3 of the time, he was breaking the country, our relationships, our honor, our economy, etc. You can't fix things without a little cash.
