When Will Liberals Get It?

Liberals have consistently persisted in their attempts to paint conservatives as "Nazi's"; however, history teaches something different. Modern American Liberalism is Fascism-lite mixed with Socialism. Conservatism, which supports SMALL Government, individual freedom, freedom of speech, et al are in direct contrast to the big government nanny state that is Fascism and it's cousins, Socialism and Communism... all of which are being promoted by liberals in almost every policy they put forth.

But the point I want to make is about healthcare, since the marine brought it up. Why are we the only industrialized nation without a gov't option of some kind, meanwhile we have the HIGHEST healthcare costs, and don't have better results? I wonder where the christian compassion is that should make us want uninsured people to have an option to get coverage. I wonder why conservatives choose to draw the line there, as to where gov't programs should end.

"Compassion" is the one of the many false premises always used to get things passed without rational thought. Example? See "emotion" and "false patriotism" used to push the Patriot Act on the American People. No one is against people getting Healthcare and no one is saying the HC Companies don't need an enema. What we're saying is that the Govt is the wrong answer. With all it's faults we still have the better Healthcare in the world, that is a fact. We have the best doctors, facilties, et al.

Continued, Obama used the "Postal System" as an example as why we need GovtHC. OK, they are BILLIONS in debt and use a PRIVATE company to do all they're overnight (Fedex I believe). WOW, what a success story! Examples abound that could be given in kind. Again, Govt involvement is not the answer, it will lead to 1984 at the end of the day. There are truly better and more compassionate ways to handle this which need more than a comment box to articulate.

Just wanted to chip in. I think these labels (liberal/conservative) are nothing but divisive and destructive. We're all Americans fighting for what we think is best, with disagreements along the way. Nazis are assholes. Let's leave it at that. Hitler had a mustache...does that mean all guys with facial hair are assholes too? No. Liberals are NOT...NOT NOT NOT nazis. BTW..the republican Bush admin did the wiretapping..not Obama, as you know. Continued....

Continued... The Patriot Act completely violates the 4th Amend, period. Obamas Admin has continued it and has no intention of changing it. Obama just violated Article 1, Section 9 of the Constitution by taking the Chair of the UN Security Council. I could go on and on, Bush/Obama are both evil tyrannical gangsters that would be right at home in the Mos Eisly Cantina. Examples can be provided if you like. It's obvious at this point that they both serve the same masters and they are puppets.

@WineisyourFriend Don't tell me you're one of those "No Label" people trying to repackage liberalism and resell it to the people. That is deceptive, plain and simple. If you're not trying to do that, and you simply don't know the difference between liberalism and conservatism, then I apologize and I recommend a trip to the library.

Your utopia doesn't exist - Of course everyone is doing what they believe in! The question is, is one way better than the other?

These labels can be divisive, however, there are philosophical differences that sometimes in a brief statement (or vid) need names to communicate a thought. Liberalism (philosophically) does necessarily lead to tyranny. I realize many Liberals don't realize this and I know many have good intentions. But when one examines the history of these ideas, it leads to the same place every time. Actually Obama extended the Patriot Act, he has continued ALL the unconstitutional things Bush started.

Great Vid! Liberals only tolerate liberalism. LIberals only believe in the freedom of liberal speech. Liberals hate free speech and the second amendment. What they mean is, we don't want you to have free speech or the ability to defend it. Hmmmmm
