An interview with Pastor Corey Brooks of Nu Beginnings Church of Chicago. In order to bring attention to the violence, Brooks has camped out on the roof of an abandoned motel. Brooks will not come down until he raises the money to purchase it. They have raised $193,000 of their $450,000 goal. If you desire to give, please go to http://www.projecthood.org to do so.

The vision make it plane...I will ne lifting u up before the LORD in prayer he is gonna do it we are the head and not the tail..we have not because we ask not but GOD sees ur faithfulness and he is gonna bless you above what u could ask or even put in your mind to think.. GOD BLESS and keep ur head lifted the hills.

I am really blessed by this I use to go to the skating rink route 66, when I was younger right where that church is today. I lived on 63rd and michigan....I am now saved and understand the true meaning of Christ and being saved o thank GOD that you are doing something gray for te community that I once lived in. God saw git to move me out of Chicago or I could have and would have been 1 of those funerals I thanks GOD for the vision that he has given you( Thas 1 of my pastors favorite songs write)
