She was excellent, theatrical with a great voice and the coolest hair. All my friends were madness fans and stuff. Was I the only one in Andover, Hampshire who thought Toyah was cool?

Toyah looked & sounded wonderful in the early and mid 80s. I would say she was the epitome of cool.
I hope someone can upload a video for 'We Are' from another German TV programme. It was a live performance and if you think Toyah looks great here, you ain't seen nothing yet! Toyah was just amazing in the other video...
