A friend of mine once said he skips the intro on the album. My response is "but you don't know WHY it's heavy, if you don't pla the softer part. It kind of explains to you why the song gets heavy... it's just empty heavyness without it."

Yeah it definitely loses it's atmosphere without the intro, but this song kicks you in the ass a lot harder without it.
