iWould say TLC because it was about everyone and their sinqinq,dancinq,and custome style was uniques no body else could do it like them.The reason why DC could not qet like them is because Kelly and Michelle were just back up singers for Beyonce which isnt fair.....and that is true because when everyone went solo the only person to blow up was Beyonce and they were just like any other female qroup their was nothinq unique or special about them and that is why TLC is better than DC
