Resident Evil Outbreak File#2: Unlocking Cindy :D!

This video is to show you how to unlock Cindy's 4th costume. Unlike the first BioHazard Outbreak game there SP items on this game are no longer in sets. That's means you have to play specific difficults in order to find the SP items making it alot easiers and less time consuming. I will show you what difficults and the eact locations of Cindy's SP items. Notice I use different costumes, no worries you do not have to use certain costumes to get the SP items. Also this is the Japanese Version of the game so the text will be different but the locations of the SP items are the same.

Here is the list of SP items needed to unlock Cindy :D:

SP Item: Short Boots
Scenario: Wild Things
Difficult: Very Hard
Location: Office

SP Item: Leather Belt
Scenario: Underbelly
Difficult: Very Hard
Location: (West)Women's Bathroom

*Note* You need to use the lighter to light up the message on the spot shown on the video in order to reveal Cindy's Leather Belt SP Item.

SP Item: Tight Jacket
Scenario: Flashback
Difficult: Easy
Location: Reception Office

SP Item: "Biker Gals"
Scenario: Desperate Times
Difficult: Hard
Location: Main Hall

SP Item: Leather Pants
Scenario: End Of The Road
Difficult: Normal
Location: Elevated Highway-Rooftop

*Note* The Leather Pants SP Item only appears AFTER you defeat NYX.

Once you get all 5 SP items you unlock Cindy :D. Go to "Collection" on the main menu and go to "costume" then you can purchase Cindy :D! It cost 10,000 points to purchase.

@SairentoZ7 please help me! I got all the SP Item, one that is most lacking in the Mail Hall, and I always play on hard difficulty in this scenario and examine the floor of the Main Hall "RPD" more does not appear, please help me.

@megustalucky You have to place all 5 jewel plates into that slot before that SP item shows up.

Do you have to finish the scenario for it to register?

@SAFORecruitment01 No, once you grab the SP Item you can quit. If you save it will register but the only con to doing so is it will hurt your survival rate since quitting counts as dying in a scenario.
