Dam. I was expecting something scary.

This isn't the scariest thing I've ever seen but my heart was racing the whole video.

LOL at the graphics in the last scene. The closeup image of the girl's face makes her look more like an adult woman.

@JoshCube2 I hear you man it gave me nightmares as a kid.....

No shit.
This game has to be the scariest game I ever played. When the face of the little girl popped up on the screen holding the knife, I literally almost fell out of my computer chair and I was holding my heart. Not only that, but this game has NO music along with pixelated graphics and a maniac dog running around the mansion. One thing that scares me about games is when shit can move by itself like that and you don't know where it is.

Old and simplistic game. However its the little things about it that can really give your nerves the creeps. The poor graphics may not be a sight to behold but it does add to the creepiness factor since the most colors you see are black and blue with some few others thrown in. And no music really adds to the atmosphere. If anything point and click games with a horror theme are the scariest games out there in my opinion.

This game can be completed in as little as 5 minutes if you know what to do and how to solve all the puzzles. But I still love this game (and the sequel) :)

hahaha i remember playing that game when i was a kid at my uncle house, it sacred me for a long time but i loved to play it anyway haha! it has bad graphics but it was so fucking scary haha i still think it is!

This reminds me of Shadowgate and The Uninvited. Both good games but I had Shadowgate and my friend had The Uninvited but I played and beat Shadowgate. I only seen my friend playing The Uninvited. I loved those type of games back then but to do it now I think it would be boring cause there isn't much action. Back then it was just different and something to get into.

point and click games? Zack and Wiki owns, that's definitely worth playing if you haven't already. Another Code R and it's counterpart on the DS are cool too.
If anything I think the outdated graphics only make the image scarier.
Is it just me or is this scene even scarier than the Mysterious Lady from Uninvited? When you walk into that room, no matter what you do you're fucked. Go through that doorway? She kills you. Examine them? She probably kills you? Try to leave? She kills you. At least with the Mysterious Lady there was a way out. Here, there is literally no escape.
The fact that they're your long-dead relatives makes it even creepier.

Despite the crappy graphics, this game was scary as hell.
