True, Rogan in farsi means Red, but in Koshur it implies that it will not just be red but specifically be Spicy Red, though I see your point. "Wozul" means red colour and I have heard some people call Rogan Josh as "Wozul Syoon" in slang terms as well.

There is nothing Kashmiri (or Rogan Joshi) about this. Kindly learn how to cook Rogan Josh from a Koshur Waaza (trained professional Chef). Anyway, not trying to be rude, but just letting you know to kindly not present this as Rogan Josh, that too Kashmiri...... We kashmiris take our food very seriously..LOL
