yes amen along with Gospel I Love the war horse anthems of the Black church. Like this one, Let Mount Zion Rejoice, and Inflammatus! All of which my church still sings!

I now go to a church that is leaning towards the new praise and worship music. I enjoy it, but most of that music seems like a fade, here today gone tomorrow. Its not like the good old stuff that just seems timeless and ministers to the soul.

Our schools need make hymn playing and applied organ a part of the collegiate curriculum. There are many organists who can play a huge prelude and fugue, but can not provide solid accompaniment in a simple four part hymn. We need to pass the torch to our young budding music students so that they may have a love for the organ and bring that glorious sound back to our churches. I applaud this choir and organist for offering their gifts unto God. Let's do our part and each one reach one!
