Watkins Mill High - Before playing basketball for Creighton, Justin Carter was an all-county running back at Watkins Mill high school in Gaithersburg, Maryland. In his senior year (04-05) he set three school records in rushing yards per game, rushing yards per season, and individual single game TDs.

Justin Carter is a GREAT athlete on any level...I seen him play bb at the HAX in the SayNo and the boy was BAD...He led Creighton (at only 6'4") in rebounding nearly every game....Stay UP JC!!
