Is this AS3? Or is it AS2? I'm new at this, but it doesn't look like AS3, as i dont see any listeners getting set....if it is AS3, are Listeners not needed? also, i am not seeing any instance names for the buttons, either....

BTW, I do like the tutorial...very succinct...

This is all AS 2. The methodologies in AS3 are somewhat different as it is designed more for database driven programming. I find that when creating simple applications, AS 2 is still the better tool.
