Korean Drinking Game

This game is called 'Baskin Robbins 31'

Each person takes in turns to add to the counting. The first person starts off at one, and counts between one and three numbers higher. The next person then counts another 1 to 3 numbers higher. It keeps going around the table until the number 31 is reached. The person who is forced to count 31 must drink.

And yes, that bowl was full of beer.
