It should be called, "How to cut a Napkin", is there a part 2 that shows you actually Decoupaging anything ? I think everyone who\s doing Decoupe, knows how too use a pair of scissors, and think it would be helpful if you cut away from the "cutting of the Napkin" and showed some techniques, like how to apply the Decoupage, the Napkin< how to finish it, etc, rather then having to watch an entire video watching you slowly cut the Napkin.
