If you paid with your own money for either a ipod,ipad,iphone then you can do whatever with YOUR phone as you please. I have the iPhone4S i was thinking of jailbreaking, but i decided not to. but i wish apple would just make them already jailbroken in the first place lol i wanted to jailbreak so i could customize stuff but im not going to though. Maybe apple will change some day, never know :) they may make more money if they sold their phones already jailbroken/customizeable
