should grow a beard

I think you just suck at shaving.

Nice video, thanks.

I'm not sure what samurai you are referring to but i assume its the Hollywood representations. I believe that the purpose of the exorcise is to focus the mind and block physical stimuli. Possibly this concept will help you deal with your shaving problem. I doubt you shaving injury was life threatening or permanently damaging so it is irrelevant. Block it. You should be glad that such a trivial event is so important to you. It suggests that your life is pretty cushy void of real danger.

All this 'power and energy' are similar to the 1st and 2nd layer of an onion, you need to reach the 'core' (aka The Source) of an 'onion' in order to achieve the zero point energy (the light above light). The core contain all your aka overself, innerself, He, I (or any names according to your religion).
Since born, human carry "3 things" =
"Me, myself and I".....
Who is me? Who is myself? And who is I?

with that said i dont hate whites, i simply think they are the children of our species... black and brown skinned people were the originals. we were all created by aliens each with varying agendas.
This is my second comment on your list of
supposed Mormon beliefs below. I seem to have lost it, so I hope it does't come up twice. ...a group that believes Africans are decendants of Cain. I have never seen this
except in that silly and sacreligeous comic
strip.
One of Noah's daughters married a black man
named Ham--this was used by many Eastern and
Southerners to justify a unholy list of abuses, the least of them being the early denial of the priesthood. Brigham led the Saints West.

Yes. Thanks for sharing this with me. I know about how the quorum of the twelve now agree about the progression between kingdoms. I agree with this, however, I don't understand how they can believe this and still believe in section 76 of the D&C -- and consider it scripture -- when it CLEARLY says this isn't true. But then again, Joseph that Africans would not receive the priesthood --another doctrine I disagreed with-- until AFTER the Second Coming. They changed that teaching as well.

Many Mormons beleive these things and don't
think they need to leave.

Yes, but the ones who stay are implicitly saying to the world that they support a group that believes it is the "only true church.' ...a group that believes Africans are decendants of Cain, a group that believes gays are never going to see the face of God but be consigned to a lower kingdom for worlds without end, a group that believes that the Catholic Church is Great and abominable," a group that believes that God is a glorified man. Mormonism doesn't reflect my beliefs, so I left.

''The ones who stay are implicitly saying
they support a group that believes it is the "only true church.'' In this dispensation.
Hinkley hinted that there may be a new dispensation, and he wasn't talking about Monson. It's about people in large United Orders having equity and security in their
houses. . .

I don't want to be antagonistic, but you need to read Doctrines of Salvation by Joseph Fielding Smith (again, if you already have)Volumes 1-3. Progression Between kingdoms and the issues of Africans and the priesthood are clearly outlined and were endorsed by the quorum of the twelve as official doctrines. I have no doubt they have come to different conclusions since those times, but I sure wish God would make up his mind about what is "immutable truth" and what isn't.
