This is the last/fourth part of the Philippine Center for Investigative Journalism's (PCIJ) video series on Senator Jose "Pepe" Diokno in commemoration of the 90th anniversary of his birth and the 25th anniversary of his death.

For two generations of lawyers, Ka Pepe Diokno leaves a lasting legacy of respect for the law and respect for human rights. But for the rest of the country, Ka Pepe leaves an even bigger legacy, that of love of country and people above all else. In 1987, the nation lost Ka Pepe to cancer. But in the eyes of those who remember and those who were formed under the shadow of a great patriot, Ka Pepe will always stay, forever alive and relevant.
