Hi, I just started on 10/29/09 the b-12 shot in greenbelt as well. I feel great and exercising 30 mins a day and eating the meals that they have on the paper. Im only eating a little bit through out the day and drinking alot of water. email me so we can see our results.
i am also taking the same thing. I went to the doctor last month on the 3rd, by the end of the month, I had lost 17pds. guess what I stopped taking my med and stop going to the gym, so by the when I went back to the dr. on 10/15 I'd only lost 7pds. It does work, so I am strict with everything I do now.
Phen is speed, plain and simple. Years ago in the 70's lots of women took speed to loose weight and it worked because it took the appetite away. It is a synthetic drug, made in the lab to resemble speed. I took it before I really knew what it was. Just be careful. B-12 is good, because it is natural form of vitamin that when absorbed in the body will speed up your metabolism.
Please be careful on the Phen. It will make you forget to eat and that is not good. I lost weight on it but once you get off your body will crave food because you have deprived it so long and the weight comes back. They don't tell you that!! Phen is awful. yeah u aint never lied i had went a whole week with out eating before i realized it...yeah... when ur on them you have to eat, eat something lite like a salad

And it's good you are health conscious. 3 bowls of cereal? Wow, but that's not as bad as the 4 strips of pork bacon and 2 eggs and toast I used to eat. I have veggie breakfasts now and fish or chicken every other day or so.
