To all the Muslim men that think it's just dandy for a women to be covered from head to toe,then why don't you wear something that covers you from head to toe?

@layla302 That is because in Iran, Islam is forced down people's throat by force, and if they had the choice, most women would not be wearing the hijab just as they didnt before 1979

Iran must respond positively to the women's freedom movement. They are taking away women's identity as humans. Give them their rights and equality and Iran's strenth will double when they have "full citizens" of women joining the ranks of men and can stand side by side with them. Men should realize this and stand shoulder to shoulder with these brave women in their fight for equality. Then they will win.

@967princeboy I think its because he was a dictator and people wanted even more freedom and to vote for the highest power, which was a good thing back then like to want more freedom, but compared to what they have to go through now, I'm sure most people would want the shah back.
