Scooters in Carnaby Street, London to a classic Frank Wilson Northern Soul tune. Carnaby St was synonymous with the mod scene in the 60's & early 70's so it is a fitting backdrop to some pictures of classic & retro scooters. Thanks go to John Card for the cool pics & an also thanks to the WLSA.
