This is a famous Chinese band playing a famous Japanese song.
I am a fan of this girl group and this song is one of my favorites.
Though I don't know Hibari, I love this song very much.

this is beautiful!!

@supermonk3y07 Well the song's origin is Japanese, and modern Japanese at that. Nothing super traditional. But yes, the instruments are Chinese (though some do have Japanese cousins that are similar instruments). I believe that the performers are all Chinese and this was their concert in Japan.

Is this Chinese music? I know the song is a really popular Japanese song, but are the instruments Chinese?

These girls are FANTASTIC!! Lovely musicians and highly talented.
It is a fabulous tribute to Hibari. These ladies did a amazing version of her most famous song. I only wish that Hibari was here to view this ex-ordinary band. I know that she is watching this tribute and thanking everyone who loved her music. God bless you Hibari and let the world enjoy your beautiful music. Aloha and Bless You, My Lady of Love. I love you!
