Local businessman, Jeff Dukatt, has been harassed by the city government of Truth or Consequences, NM after he allegedly put graffiti on a newly poured sidewalk. T or C then stopped work on his local sidewalk and hindered business from continuing. The broken sidewalk left signs to potentially fall on pedestrians and cars.

  • ok my family owns a house in TorC nm. we are also good friends with jeff.its not fair what the city is doing to him. when he bought his shop he paid for the WHOLE property...including the sidewalk!!the construction was on HIS property....and he put his little insignia and his smiley on his own property...and about the sign...if they fix the sidewalk they should fix the damn sign..jeff do what you do best FIGHT THE POWER!!!!!

    bring down the man!!!!!

    NOT U DAN DA MAN...t/c gvm't

  • Good call heiress,

They still haven't finished the construction on his property. They've replaced some of the sidewalk and made them up to standard but not all that is necessary.

  • He's a schmuck who does this kind of thing all the time to get attention. Poor old man. And a video can make any construction scene look dangerous. I've seen it, it looked that way for maybe a day.

  • Any news is good new I suppose. Thanks for the comment.
