  • Hi! Have you thought about the Fat Blast Furnace (search on google)? Ive heard some unbelievable things about it and my father lost tons of stubborn fat.

  • @TheIjoni well there are more ways,you can do different exercises

    you can do light weights,and running im not saying yoga is bad

    i think is good for stress it can help you lose weight but if you

    mix it with running i think it would be much better

    i dont know if you trying to lose weight but if you do

    there are more things like using fiber to clean your stomach

    and things like that.

    but just as like fat deposited over time is more densed and more harmful the same way yoga can help you lose it very slowly but very efficiently and on the way if you do it right you'll have less strains and other damages!

    i like things in short time

    i lost 40 pounds in less than 2 months

    but if you wanna lose 40 pounds in 5 years

    with yoga is fine with me....relax :)

  • Best way is running,you get to eat whatever you want,keep you in good shape,good

    for your heart,lungs,sugar,cholesterol,­diabetis,helps sleeping,helps your stress

    yoga could be more like a relaxation but i dont think you can burn 1,000 calories

    with a yoga pose but you can burn 1,000 calories running 6 miles,just today i ran

    7 miles and i have a medium peperoni pizza,like i said you can eat almost everything

    if you run,but if you wanna lose a lot of weight you need running and diet or magic.
