MMA H.E.A.T.'s Karyn Bryant catches up with UFC Heavyweight Cheick Kongo, a little more than 5 weeks before his fight at UFC 137 against Matt Mitrione.  Cheick covers a number of topics during the conversation, including: his training with and opinion of Quinton "Rampage" Jackson, his thoughts on fighting Matt Mitrione and what he thinks people think of him because he is French.  Cheick describes the end of his fight with Pat Barry, and tells us whether or not he was close to being KOd himself before he knocked out Pat.  When the conversation turns to Cheick's reputation as a scary, intimidating guy, we get to see his fantastic and ridiculous sense of humor.

kongo's fights against velasquez and mir were downright embarassing.. i don't see kongo ever challenging for the belt, he should get the fuck out of the ufc and concerntrate on body building or some other gay sh!t. If stays in the ufc, i wouldn't mind seeing valesquez beat the sh!t out of him again
