  • @H1MLA confusing we can get along but we dont need to mix for example look at this guy confused as fuck

  • The first so-called "mixed race" people were the result of black female slaves who were raped by white sailors on the slave ships which exported slaves from Africa. Black people have always excepted mixed children into our community I wish the same could be said for the white community. White people tend to hate the fact that mixed children have black features and brain wash them into having an identity crisis by calling them mixed-race & half-cast.

  • You're half European and half African genetically. But being mothered, born and bred in Europe means you are more European then African FACT. . Forget about Britain in the political sense and think about it in the geographical. You probably have ancestors who you could date back thousands of years in the British Isles. Excuse my bluntness.

  • Would like to chat on the subject I'm a black man in the states who ran across some interesting facts and point of views in my 20's. I once racked my brain on how we are the people who came out of thin air. I can be reached at barber01926@yahoo.com. You will be shocked and it's right under your nose or probably on laying on one of your tables. Peace

  • @Joonagoona im black and proud, however the one drop rule, is only appiciable to 'black' americas, as slaves where of any mixture, so yes socially all americans with any drop of african blood where consider 'black'.

However in 2011, if a black man from africa, and a white women from europe have a kid, that kid is not 100% african/black.

  • If you have a drop of black blood then your black and your roots are Africa via slavery. Black and proud.

  • that I do not count ad black because I don't look black. However, when I look in the mirror I see a black and white woman. I identify with mixed.

I live in the US, in southern California.

  • I see you as mixed. I'm mixed, so I can usually tell when someone else is mixed. But I think that others would probably see you as mixed as well. You have features from both races blended pretty evenly.

People usually think I'm Hispanic and increasingly often people have mistaken me for white. I've experienced more racism from blacks, and ironically, openly racist white people have accepted me, even knowing my background.

I've been told by multiple black people, and people of different races, t

  • Learning about the windrush in full is cool, but speaking as one afro-caribbean person to another, if your really interested in your history you should book a flight to jamaica and discover your roots, but if i were you i would see if i could find out my birth parents, chances are you have blood relatives right in england on both sides of the family.

  • @funkr77 Damn you are one confused motherfucker, it really sucks being bi racial. You are like a bird that can't find land to rest on, a lost bird.

  • @19bee77

LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOL are u smoking skittles bruv? im a jamacian british born n bred in hackney muslim and proud ! You brainwashed prick, you know nothing about islam except for the shit you watch or hear about it on t.v..same wit the other fags that liked your comment.

  • OK well first of all I would say you are of dual heritage and as such can lay claim to both Irish and/ Jamaican history and by extension of origin African history. Your never gonna find what you need to find in Foyles! Go to black bookshops, theres Centerprise on Kingsland rd in Dalston or there are online black bookstores. There are lots written about black people in the UK its just not in the mainstream places. Hit me up if you want to know anymore. x
