Superior Joining Technologies, Inc. in Machesney Park, Illinois is pleased to begin offering the service of Multi-Axis, Laser Machining and Welding to our region with the recent purchase of the 5000 watt TRULASER CELL 7040 from Trumpf, Inc.

With a working range of 13 feet X, 5 feet Y, and 30 in the Z axis, and maximum simultaneous axis speeds of 98 inches per second, it is the most advanced system of its kind in the Midwest, with the ability to construct a cutting and welding program from a CAD model, greatly reducing required setup times The use of its integrated rotary axis also makes processing of tubular components highly efficient.

  • Fake??? or is she really that fast??? how did u get sprintlas working in 3D.. i always when i tried get this working crashed on latest saved high DIAS position.. always used 9, for sprintlass correct?? then 10 for pierce and 100 for big conture and name of the tables ---- right??? always approached 5mm above sheet with DIAS of - 6 before sprintlas 9,,, or u might don't use pierce at all no??? and then you would go like 5,0,100 ....

  • @MilanM85 not fake! really that fast! and as for technical questions, I can't answer those for you.  This is a Trumpf machine and I would suggest calling trumpf for answers. I'm a photographer that put this video together for SJTI. I wouldn't know how to turn the machine on! :)
