@mamaclok Hi, quick question. Where do your 4 phases come from. Is there a different protocol? I thought there were only 3 phases 1) 500 calories (+HCG) 2)No starch, no sugar 3)slowly re-introducing starch and sugars. Thanks for reading this! Looking forward to my cheese! :)

What kinds of fruits do you eat besides strawberries? I heard that all berries are great on the glycemic index. The fatty foods such as cheese are working out for me but I worry about the long run. Wondering if it will kick me in the butt later and built bad habits. I am doing great. Just dont want to ruin it.

In your blog phase 4 and what I ate on phase 3 you say that you just started phase 4 and would only be in it 5 days and then going to load again and start another round of phase 2. So you do not have to wait 6 wks to start a second round? I have a lot of wgt to lose and want to start the reload and phase 2 as soon as I can so let me know please.

@margaretchism Back then, I did not wait the appropriate breaks to start hcg again. I would not recommend that - its best to follow protocol and wait 6 wks.

is it okay to eat mustard with almost everything i eat.. im on phase one.. day two.. yesterday i had probably 1900 calories.. didnt really eat that bad.. im thinking of just starting my 500 calories today... youre videos are really helpful. i weigh 140.. and i wanna get down to 125 atleast... got any helpful tips for me for these next few weeks.

@ashtonfeight10 Mustard is fine to eat as long as it doesn't show any sugars in the ingredients. Some have corn syrup in it! I would do 2 full days of loading before starting the 500 calories. Focus on high fat foods...1900 calories doesnt sound like much.

Hi, I was wondering if you have ever tried the Chocolate Delight on P2, if at all? Thanks for this video. I am on day 12 of P2 (not counting FL days), but I'm trying to gather information for P3. I heard Coconut Oil helps increase metabolism,so is it good to use on P2? I don't want to use anything to slow down my weight loss- as of this AM I'm down 13#. I would love to actually lose 25-30 total on this first round. I lost 150# just thru diet & now have 21 left to lose to hit my goal.

@LJC320 I tried the choc delight once on p2 and I gained 2 lbs. the next day! I had cooked w/ coconut oil also. Can't say it helped my losses at all. You can try it and see how it works for you...otherwise, save it for p3.
