Yes 147 points breaks are very rare its the highest reachable score. Even the best player make a 147 break only a few times in their career

yes they are it's a maximum break. if you play all red balls combined with the black ball and the other colored ball you can reach a maximum break of 147. i'm sorry if there some mistakes in this text i'm from germany. i hope you're able to understand it. greets
