http://www.TheRenegadeGym.net/ This exercise works the lower back, glutes & hamstrings. It's a good assistance movement for hockey and basketball players who need to remain in a bent over position for long periods of time.
Be sure to keep a tight arch in your lower back throughout the set.
These should be done for time or high reps.
Either or. This set was done for 40 reps. But you could do timed sets as well. We mix it up.
