http://www.TheRenegadeGym.net/ This exercise works the lower back, glutes & hamstrings. It's a good assistance movement for hockey and basketball players who need to remain in a bent over position for long periods of time.

Be sure to keep a tight arch in your lower back throughout the set.

These should be done for time or high reps.

  • Either or. This set was done for 40 reps. But you could do timed sets as well. We mix it up.
