Well it takes time to learn, but it depends on your personality, and how bad you want it, I learned all this in about 2 years ;-)

I'm practising 10 Rolla-Bolla's now I'll post a video soon :)

Metal supply stores. The kind that supply machine shops. They have aluminum Rolas pretty cheap. I'm sure every big city has such a shop. In Arizona it's Capital Metals.

If you know a welder, ask them where they get their metal.

well i sugest you to go to the water companies or drain companies to find the PVC tubes that they replace or the ones that r broken u can cut them and use them for rolla bolla but there is also some webstores that sell the rolla not cilinders for what i know...
