  • diversity training IS PURE BULLSHIT,,,before it became popular, huge inner city companies with a united nations employee populace had one rule; TREAT EVERYONE AS AN ADULT AND EXPECT EVERYONE TO ACT LIKE ONE,,,,if you didn't you were FIRED.

  • I would guess that a giant % of so-called diversity training is nothing more than hate directed at Caucasian males.

  • Dviersity Training= Anti-White brainwashing, and programming.

  • Screw other cultures. You are in America and we like the way we do things here. Leave your personal culture at home when you go to work. Of what use is a diverse group of idiots.

  • Why are white people (from the well to do to the jobless) required, by law, to ascribe to a "color-blind" world? The blacks aren't buying into it, the Hispanics aren't buying into it, the Asians aren't buying into it. No. Of course not. The black people see a black world. The Hispanics see a brown world. And the Asians see a yellow world. But white people are only supposed to see the rainbow. Where's the "unity" in all of that? We are the ones being united against.

  • In my culture, if you did not shake my (female) hand, you would be rude and unprofessional. You encourage me to be in a 'diverse' group, where I would then interact with individuals who find it rude and unprofessional to shake my hand.

What happens then? Who trumps who in this situation? Do you have some sort of priority system? A hierarchy?

A list of who has supremacy over others?

Is it race > sex > religion? Which race gets top priority?

    Do we rock/paper/scissors for it?

  • ETHNANTURCITY?!

  • I am black and I would like to do diversity training so I could understand what I should not say to white people so I dont offend them and how I can respect their cultural identity.

  • What do you know about runing a company. you are a pig of a woman. when in rome do as the romans do. not when in rome fuck you and be sensitive to me. im tired of being run over by immigrants and being told to be sensitive. The training should be geared twords guests in this country. fuck you self hating pig.
