The University of Louisville celebrated the dedication of a new wing at Harry Frazier Hall, the College of Business building.
The wing houses the equine and entrepreneurship programs. The roof of the building is a 'green' roof created with plants. It is called the M. Krista Loyd Sky Garden, named for the daughter of Raymond and Eleanor Lloyd of Louisville. The garden is expected to trim 25 percent from heating and cooling costs in the two-story addition it covers.
