I own the G1s-A1 with identical specs. It runs Crysis serviceably, but nothing to show off. That game is a flippin' beast.

Dell did buy Alienware but you can still easily argue between their laptops. Alienware still sells very different laptops than dell.

got the Asus G1S-AK005C (Asus Gaming Series) now a month (Intel Core 2 Duo 2.20 Ghz, Nvidia Geforce 8600M GT 256MB (With a total of 1024 MB with 768MB shared memmory) 2GB RAM, 160GB HDD, ... also a free backpack and a gaming mouse lol :)
It's really a super thing :D All my games on best settings. I will be able to play Crysis on Mid/high :)
