@Chylo22 They aren't doing anything mean to their baby. They are playing with him and having fun. He was smiling and laughing. If babies aren't happy, they won't smile. The baby was having a blast!

If the baby was in pain, it would be crying, not smiling and giggling. It's not child abuse, it's a dad being silly with his kid. Stop freaking out.
