LOOKING good...but where is the SALAD?

Hi! I'm just curious if this is the same recipe for the pork skin salad? I had the pork skin salad at an Cambodia restaurant and fell in love w/the dish. I would love to know the recipe if you know what I'm talking of.

Awesome recipe! I love it.

@vsalle25 That is right! When I made it I thought I was able to handle the semi-raw beef but I couldn't so that was why I took that extra steps. However, when I made it again I did use the grill method.

@sreyxchan True and also you will get people to try it out and some might not even know that there is Pahok in there.

Also, boiling it? It's better if you put the meat in the oven first and cook it slightly and then toss it in the marinade. Boiling will kill a lot of the flavor.

Jalapenos? Not bird eye chilis? Come on, now.

@StarvingSound I would had chosen the black furry spicy chili that Laos people use. But I am not just cooking for myself but also have to take into consideration the viewers therefore I try to use something that is widely available. But ofcourse, when making it you can always add or take according to your taste.
