Universal Pictures had released TWO DVD collections you may enjoy. The cartoon you show is on the 2nd DVD collection, digitally remastered.

This is cool. Sure there are digitally enhanced color versions of these cartoons on youtube , but its "old timers" like you that share the actual charm of these cartoons with the younger generation (like ME!).
