Russell Pearce is the one giving false information. Race is mentioned on only two occasions in the law and reads exactly the same each time. It says that race may not be the ONLY factor used to target a suspect. So race can be 99.9% of the targeting, and for what is left, in order to comply with the race limitations, the "suspect" could have picked his nose with the wrong finger or any other otherwise innocuous act that some racist or Malinch cop chooses to misinterpret. "If we start"? We started a long time ago.The term "illegal" has become little more than a codeword for "spic" or "beaner" or "wetback" or whatever racial slur the border bigots like. Our immigration laws are being used in order to make Arizona, et al, more white. We should not use immigration laws for Apartheid purposes. Somebody needs to communicate that to the border bigots in no uncertain terms!
